Import all past sales
In the Poshmark app: Me tab → My Seller Tools → My Sales Report → Email Report. Open the emailed report, save the file to your phone, then load it here. Poshmark sends an .xlsx file (a .csv works too). Every past sale imports with title, prices, and dates. Add purchase costs afterward to complete the profit picture.
Import current listings
In the app: Me tab → My Seller Tools → Inventory Report → Email Report. This brings in everything currently for sale in your closet, from the emailed .xlsx (or a .csv). Re-import any time; duplicates are skipped.
Offer / price-drop calculator
Offers to Likers must be at least 10% below list price. See your 10%-off price and the lowest price that still hits your target profit after Poshmark's fee.
Backup & export
Export a spreadsheet-friendly CSV (profit already accounts for Poshmark's fee, handy at tax time), or save a full backup including photos that you can restore on any device.
